- Products missing original components or packaging.
- Personalized or customized items (if applicable).
3. How to Initiate a Return

- Receive Return Authorization: We’ll review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping address.
- Package the Product Securely: Include the product, all accessories, and the original packaging. Write your RA number clearly on the package.
- Ship the Return: Use a traceable shipping method to send the package to the designated return address. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is defective or damaged.
4. Refund Process
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect.
